Raymond fully qualified in 1980 by stringent examination, becoming the first Chinese Fellow of the UK Association of Average Adjusters (better-known as AAA) founded in 1869. He is sitting on the Advisory & Dispute Resolution Panel of the AAA.
Raymond started his career with the oldest average adjusting firm, William Richards & Sons (currently named Richards Hogg Lindley). He was an equity partner of Richards Hogg prior to its incorporation and following its acquisition by Charles Taylor plc., he was appointed to sit on the latter’s Board of Directors between 1999-2008. After retirement from the firm he had worked for some 45+ years, Raymond continued his service and commitment to the maritime and insurance communities and has now launched, in conjunction with colleagues in the region, the average adjusting services under the umbrella of Asia Maritime Adjusting (HK) within TCWong Average Consulting Ltd.
Raymond is a regular lecturer/speaker on general average and maritime claims related topics and is often called upon by Brokers, Insurers, P&I and Lawyers to provide opinions on disputed claims.

Alice Ou

Alice studied law at East China University of Political Science and Law and started her career with The People’s Insurance Co. of China, Beijing for one year before joining the Global Law Office of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) in December 1992. She qualified as PRC lawyer in 1993 but she also practices average adjusting. She worked in Hong Kong for Dari Co. Ltd., a joint venture between the Department for Average Adjustment of CCPIT and Richards Hogg during 1997/2000. In December 2000, Alice sat for and passed the examination set by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) becoming certified loss surveyor and adjuster. She is the founder of CT Anson Adjusters & Surveyors Co. Ltd., the joint venture with Charles Taylor plc. in Shanghai and was the general manager throughout January 2001/July 2015.
Alice is our principal adjuster, shuttling between Hong Kong and Shanghai; the adjusting team in Shanghai includes:

Rocky Siu

Rocky is an Associate (by qualifying examination) of the AAA. He studied shipping and logistics at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2004) and started his career with The China Navigation Co. Ltd (Swire Shipping). He is a Master Mariner (Australia) and holds a Master of Laws in Maritime Law (City University of Hong Kong) with The Hong Kong Maritime Law Scholarship (2015).
